Beijing Capttal Tourism Co.,Ltd Introduction

Beijing Capital Tourism Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or "BCT") was founded on February 12, 1999 by Beijing Tourism Group, Beijing Urban-Rural Trade Center Co., Ltd., Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd. (now known as "Tongfang Co., Ltd."), China Beijing Quanjude Group Co., Ltd. (now known as "Beijing Juquan Catering Co., Ltd") and Beijing Ming 13-Tomb Tourism Industrial Developers.

BCT listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 1, 2000; with total capital stock of 231.40 million shares, succeeded in issuing 70 million public shares. By the end of 2010, the total assets reached 1.912 billion RMB and the net assets reached 1.027 billion RMB, and up to June 30, 2011, the total assets reached 2.159 billion RMB.

BCT mainly engages in hotel management, tourist attractions, travel agencies, selling and developing of tourism products, undertaking exhibitions, etc. In order to adapt the need of developing strategy, based on engaging in traditional tourism, BCT focusing on Beijing’s hotel, aims to become a hotel and scenic spot asset-based specialized company, to enlarge assets scale and keep profit persistent increasing.
